ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The present general conditions of sale (GCS) define the conditions of sale of the products present on the site www.scrapcooking.fr  by the company CARAMBELLE (the Seller), for non-professional consumers only (the Buyer).

The applicable conditions are those in force on the day of the validation of the order.

CARAMBELLE reserves the right to modify the present general conditions at any time. However, the modified terms and conditions will not apply to transactions in progress at the time of their entry into force.

2.2 Availability of products

Our product offers and prices are valid while stocks last. In the event of exceptional unavailability of products more than 15 days after the registration of your order, you will be informed by email or mail. You will then be able if you wish to cancel your order and be reimbursed within 15 days if your bank account has been debited. Otherwise, you will be able to modify the content of your order.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

The prices of the products are indicated in euros all taxes included except participation in the transport costs. 

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. 

The CARAMBELLE company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the placing of the orders. 

The products remain the property of the company CARAMBELLE until the complete collection of the price. 

We invite you to keep your invoice. It will be used to you in the event of complaint.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDERS

4.1 Terms and conditions for placing orders

Orders can only be placed online via the www.scrapcooking.fr - www.lepicerieduchef.fr or www.mirontaine.fr website.

No order addressed to CARAMBELLE by telephone, mail or fax can be taken into account.

Any order placed with CARAMBELLE requires the creation of a Customer Space. The access to your Customer Space is conditioned by your identification using the e-mail address you indicated during the creation of your account as well as the personal and confidential secret password that you will have chosen.

Do not communicate the identifiers of your Customer Area to third parties. CARAMBELLE cannot be held responsible for any action carried out via or on your Customer Space by a third party to whom you would have communicated your identifiers or who would have had access to your identifiers or to your Customer Account following a fault or a negligence imputable to you.

The orders transmitted to CARAMBELLE are irrevocable for the customer, except written acceptance on our part.

Any request to modify the composition or the volume of an order placed by a customer will not be taken into account.

4.2 Validation of orders
