Resealable bag of MILK couverture chocolate discs. Ideal for your desserts, chocolate moulds, fondues. Net weight: 1000g. Chocolate pucks or pistoles are very popular in baking because they melt perfectly (much better than squares of chocolate in tablets).
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupine, soya, fish, peanuts, sulphites. Cocoa: 35% minimum. Close the bag tightly after use.
Storage: Store away from light and moisture after opening.
