Delivery times
Orders received before 11:30 a.m. are dispatched on the day of ordering, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and unless temporarily out of stock of the product.

Types of delivery
You can choose a delivery according to your suitability, at your home, your work place, in Pick Up Station (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), at a merchant or to another address (convenient if it is a gift order). In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left and you can request from Colissimo's website the package is once again presented. Otherwise, the package will be made available in the nearest post office.

Delivery Rates individual customers : overseas, Europe and the world
Overseas delivery : rate determined according to the package weight (run an online order simulation to know the amount).
Europe and the world delivery : rate determined according to the package weight (run an online order simulation to know the amount).
Delivery Rates professional customers and retailers : rate determined according to the package weight
Carriage paid :
· Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands : from 1050€ of purchase
· Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Italy : from 1200€ of purchase
· Other destinations: no carriage paid
The carrier selection is determined internally depending on the package weight and volume (Colissimo, DPD or palett Schenker).

At each step of your order processing (order validation, payment confirmation, preparing order and delivery), an email is automatically sent.
